Welcome, Marliese Thomas
We are delighted that Marliese Thomas has joined the University Library staff as our Reference and User Engagement Librarian. Thomas will assist in reference and instruction as well as coordinate library marketing initiatives and outreach activities. She will also have primary responsibility for managing the web presence for Reference and Research Services.
Thomas comes to us from Auburn University, where she served as Special Collections Technology Librarian and Database Enhancement Librarian. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Loyola University New Orleans and a master's degree in library and information science from the University of Alabama.
